Ground Shipping: We offer FREE ground shipping to 48 U.S. states on all orders over $50 . Please allow 2-7 business days to receive your order. To ship to Alaska and Hawaii, please email us at customerservice@oyunstudio.com, and a member of our team will contact you. * please note free shipping does not apply to the sale of facial masks only Oyun brand products. 

2-Day Shipping: We offer 2nd Business Day shipping for $25.00. Deliveries will be made by 8 p.m. in 2 business days to most U.S. addresses

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer shipping to outside of the United States.  We are working on expanding our policy to include international shipping for your convenience. In the meantime, please contact customerservice@oyun-us.com with inquiries.

INSURANCE

Oyun insures each package while in transit. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is proof of delivery and fulfillment of your order.

SALES TAX

Prices displayed are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (if applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges. An itemized detail of your charges will be displayed on the Order Summary page before you finalize your purchase. Oyun is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to California, Illinois, New York, and Vermont.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. A full refund of the item total purchase price plus any applicable taxes will be issued as long as the following requirements are met. Item(s) are unworn and unused. All merchandise must be returned with tags attached and in original shipping packaging (all our packaging is reusable). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us at customerservice@oyun-us.com and we will issue you a return RA# to write on your packing slip with your item of return. Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed on our end.  Based on the condition of the return a refund will be issued and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.  Depending on your issuing credit card company, it may take a billing cycle to see refund posted on your credit card statement.

As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order are currently unavailable. If you are charged for these products and they are not able to be dispatched to you, you will be refunded within 30 days.

SAMPLE SALE & POP-UP RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns on sample sale/ pop up items purchased at a location or online . We will only do an exchange for size of the same color and style.Please contact us at customerservice@oyun-us.com for inquiries and questions.
